Training by ETC

This is an 8 hour program designed to get the shooter into the framework of firing the pistol in the "NOW".  This course is performance based and full of instructor development.  You will leave with an understanding of what is important, how to practice and what really causes you to miss under stress.

This is the follow on to SB1.  This is an open curriculum that picks up where part 1 left off.  You will learn "Industry Standard" exercises to use in practice but more importantly why instructors use them and how to implement them into your practice.  The students will understand the difference in "Training and Practice" and how to achieve their individual goals.

First Responder Skill Builder is a custom tailored course for Law Enforcement and professional's that carry a handgun for business.  The emphasis is very instructor development heavy and will assist adjuncts and full time trainers develop curriculum tailored to their agency.  this course is offered up to 3 days in length and is tailored to the agency budget and personnel requirements.
